Terms of Use
Welcome to Jobzem. These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, applications, pages, features, products and services made available under the Jobzem brand. Please read this document carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms and description of the service
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, purchasing a plan, using free or Premium features, or publishing or making information available on the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform or purchase its services.
Jobzem is a technology platform focused on helping users discover professional opportunities. Among other features, the service may aggregate, organize, index, display and facilitate access to job advertisements from different internet sources; provide search and filtering tools; offer alerts; allow users to create accounts, resumes, cover letters and professional profiles; provide public talent pages; facilitate professional contacts; and make certain features available exclusively through paid subscriptions.
Except where expressly stated in a specific situation, Jobzem is not an employer, recruitment agency, temporary staffing company, representative of employers or party to recruitment processes conducted by third parties. The presence of a job listing on Jobzem does not mean that the employer has a direct commercial relationship, partnership, sponsorship arrangement or contractual relationship with Jobzem.
Jobzem does not guarantee interviews, employment, employer responses, compensation levels, continued availability of any job listing, success in a recruitment process or any specific professional outcome.
Some features may vary depending on country, language, device, technical availability, account status, subscription type, applicable law or available integrations.
References to "Jobzem", the "platform", the "site", "we", "us", "our" or similar expressions in these Terms refer to the Jobzem service and its responsible operator, as identified through the platform's official channels and contact page.
2. Eligibility and user accounts
Certain features require the creation of an account. Registration may be completed, depending on availability, using an email address and password or through third-party authentication services such as Google and LinkedIn.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information and keep it up to date. You may not create an account using a false identity, impersonate another person, deliberately misrepresent your qualifications or use another person's information without authorization or another lawful basis.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activities carried out through your account, except where responsibility results from a failure attributable to Jobzem or where applicable law provides otherwise.
If you suspect unauthorized access, fraud, loss of credentials or compromise of your account, you should change your password when possible and contact us through our official channels.
We may request additional security, identity or email verification when reasonably necessary to protect accounts, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations or maintain platform security.
Creating multiple accounts to circumvent limits, suspensions, security controls, subscription rules or technical restrictions is prohibited.
Users must have the legal capacity to accept these Terms and purchase applicable services. Where local law requires authorization or representation by a parent, guardian or other legal representative, use of the platform must comply with those requirements.
2.1. Session and "Remember me" option
When the "Remember me" option is enabled during login, Jobzem may keep the user authenticated on that browser or device for up to 6 (six) months, unless the session is ended earlier, authentication data is removed, the password is changed, a security risk is identified or another circumstance requires the user to log in again.
When the "Remember me" option is not enabled, the session may end when the browser is closed or in accordance with the technical session rules adopted by the platform. Additional information about authentication cookies and similar technologies will be provided in the Cookie Policy.
3. License and permitted use of the platform
Subject to these Terms, Jobzem grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the platform for lawful personal or professional purposes related to discovering opportunities, managing your own professional profile and using the features made available to you.
Depending on the features available to your account, you may:
- search for, view, filter, save and track job opportunities;
- create and manage your account and professional profile;
- create, store and edit resumes and cover letters;
- enable or disable the visibility of your public profile;
- receive alerts and communications related to services you have enabled;
- share public Jobzem links, provided you do not falsely suggest a partnership, sponsorship or representative relationship;
- use free or Premium features in accordance with the conditions of the corresponding plan.
Unless expressly authorized by Jobzem or permitted by applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, license, redistribute or commercially exploit, on a substantial or systematic basis, Jobzem's database, code, structure, proprietary content or platform features.
4. Job listings and external sources
Job opportunities displayed on Jobzem may be obtained from a variety of external sources, including company websites, public career pages, recruitment systems, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), content partners, aggregators, job boards, feeds, APIs and other legitimate sources available on the internet.
Jobzem primarily acts as a discovery, organization and access tool for professional opportunities. The content of a particular job listing may have originally been created and published by a third party.
Not every company whose jobs appear on Jobzem has a direct partnership with us. The display of a company's name, trademark, logo, job title, location or other identifying information is for informational and identification purposes and, by itself, does not imply partnership, endorsement, representation or a commercial relationship between that company and Jobzem.
Jobzem uses automated processes and, where applicable, third-party integrations and sources to organize job information. Although we take measures intended to improve the quality and freshness of information, there may be discrepancies, duplicates, delays, categorization errors, expired listings, broken links, changed requirements or differences between information displayed on Jobzem and information available at the original source.
Whenever a job listing directs a user to an external website, the application process, submission of documents and participation in the recruitment process will also be governed by the terms, policies and practices of the destination website. We recommend checking the original listing before submitting personal information or completing an application.
Users are responsible for evaluating the legitimacy of opportunities and employers. Never send money, banking information, excessive documentation or sensitive information to third parties without first verifying the authenticity of the recruitment process.
Jobzem may correct, update, reorganize, de-index or remove job listings when it identifies an error, expiration, duplication, rights violation, risk to users, a valid request from the relevant source or rights holder, or another legitimate reason.
5. Premium Jobs and public ATS sources
Jobzem may make available a category of opportunities referred to as "Premium Jobs". These jobs may be located and organized by Jobzem's own automated systems that identify employment advertisements made publicly available on the internet, including on public company career pages and publicly accessible Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
Premium Jobs are a discovery and access feature offered by Jobzem to eligible subscribers. The term "Premium" refers to the way the content and features are made available through the platform and does not mean that the job, employer, compensation, recruitment process or likelihood of being hired is superior to other opportunities.
Access to certain information, features or source links associated with Premium Jobs may be restricted to users with an active Jobzem Premium subscription.
When a user selects "Apply" or an equivalent function on a Premium Job, the user may be redirected to the official page or corresponding external source, provided the user's account has the required level of access.
The availability of a Premium Job on Jobzem does not mean that the hiring company requested its inclusion, hired Jobzem, authorized Jobzem to act on its behalf or entered into a partnership with us, unless expressly stated.
Because Premium Jobs depend on information published and maintained by third parties, they may be changed, closed or removed at the source at any time. Jobzem does not guarantee the continued availability, complete accuracy or permanent accessibility of any specific opportunity or source link.
Jobzem may restrict, reorganize or remove Premium Jobs, change technical discovery criteria or adjust how these opportunities are displayed, while preserving mandatory consumer rights and the essential conditions of any paid plan already purchased.
6. Professional profile and Talents page
Registered users may create a professional profile on Jobzem. That profile may include, among other information provided by or associated with the account, the user's name, photograph, title or profession, professional location, personal summary, work experience, education, skills, languages, services and other professional information provided by the user.
Jobzem provides an area called "Talents" designed to facilitate the discovery of professional profiles. When a user keeps the public profile option enabled, the profile may appear in this area, in internal search results and on an individual page with its own URL.
Users can control whether their profile is public by enabling or disabling public visibility through the account features made available by Jobzem. When a user disables the public profile, Jobzem will stop making the profile publicly available on the platform, subject to reasonable technical update periods, records that may need to be retained for security or legal obligations, and copies previously cached or indexed by third parties.
Disabling a public profile does not necessarily mean deleting the account or erasing all data stored by Jobzem. Requests to delete information or exercise privacy rights will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
Jobzem does not require a residential address in order to create an account. Information such as an email address or telephone number provided for account or contact purposes is not intended to be displayed publicly in the profile, unless the user voluntarily enters such information into a public field or uses a feature that clearly indicates that the information will be published.
For security purposes, users should not include in public fields identification document numbers, residential addresses, financial information, passwords, medical information, data relating to minors, confidential third-party information or any other information they do not want to make accessible to visitors.
By enabling a public profile, the user acknowledges that information configured for public display may be viewed by companies, recruiters, other users and internet visitors, in accordance with the technical configuration of the service.
Public profiles may, depending on Jobzem's technical configuration and the operation of external search engines, be indexed or temporarily stored by search engines and caching services. Jobzem does not fully control how quickly third parties update or remove copies that were previously indexed.
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness and current status of the information made available in their profiles and may edit such information using the tools provided by the platform.
7. Resumes, cover letters and user content
Jobzem may allow users to create, upload, store, edit or generate resumes, cover letters, professional summaries and other career-related materials.
Certain features may use templates, automation or artificial intelligence tools to assist users in creating or improving text. Automatically generated content may contain errors, omissions, generic statements or inappropriate wording and should be reviewed by the user before being used or sent to third parties.
Jobzem does not guarantee that a resume, cover letter, profile or generated content will produce a particular result in a recruitment process, be accepted by recruitment systems or satisfy the specific requirements of an employer.
Users remain responsible for verifying the accuracy of professional information they enter or generate and must not claim experience, qualifications, degrees, licenses, languages or skills they do not possess.
Users retain any rights they have in content they upload or create. By making content available to Jobzem, users grant Jobzem a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license for the period necessary to host, store, process, technically reproduce, adapt to the platform's format and display that content solely for the purpose of operating, protecting and providing the requested services, complying with the law and respecting the user's visibility settings.
This license does not transfer ownership of the user's resume, profile or other original content to Jobzem.
Users represent that they have the necessary rights and permissions for materials they submit to the platform, including photographs, text and documents, and must respect the rights of third parties.
8. Contact between companies, recruiters and users
Jobzem may provide tools that allow companies, recruiters or other interested parties to send professional proposals or messages to users who maintain a public profile.
The availability of a contact form or messaging channel does not make Jobzem a party to any negotiation, hiring decision, service arrangement or employment relationship that may arise between the parties.
Jobzem may apply automated or manual mechanisms to prevent spam, fraud, abuse and unlawful content and, when necessary, may moderate, block, delay or prevent the delivery of messages that appear to violate these Terms or pose a risk to users.
Contact tools may not be used to send spam, unsolicited bulk advertising, deceptive offers, investment schemes, improper payment requests, unlawful offers, discriminatory messages, harassment, abusive data collection or attempts to obtain credentials, payments or sensitive information.
Users who receive messages are responsible for evaluating the identity and legitimacy of the sender before sharing additional information, participating in interviews, sending documents or carrying out any transaction.
Jobzem does not guarantee the identity, reputation, financial condition, representative authority or authenticity of every third party that initiates contact, although it may adopt reasonable security, verification and moderation measures.
9. Jobzem Premium
Jobzem may offer paid monthly, annual or other subscription plans under the name "Jobzem Premium" or an equivalent designation.
The features included in each plan will be those displayed on the offer page, checkout page or account area at the time of purchase. Depending on the plan and country, these features may include access to Premium Jobs and source links, advanced resume and cover letter tools, professional profile features, enhanced visibility, automated functionality and other benefits identified in the relevant offer.
Free and Premium features may change over time. Material changes that reduce essential benefits of a subscription period that has already been paid for will be handled in accordance with applicable law and, where necessary, communicated to the subscriber.
A Premium subscription grants a personal right to access the purchased features during the applicable subscription period. It may not be resold, commercially shared, transferred or used to circumvent technical limits or grant unauthorized access to third parties.
Jobzem may offer promotions, trials, discounts, regional pricing or different conditions depending on country, currency, campaign, period or eligibility, provided that the applicable conditions are displayed before the user completes the purchase.
10. Payments, renewal, cancellation and refunds
10.1. Price and billing
Before a purchase is completed, Jobzem will display the applicable price, billing frequency, currency, taxes where applicable and the main conditions of the subscription. The amount actually displayed at the checkout applicable to the user will govern that purchase, without prejudice to mandatory rights provided by law.
Payments and the technical administration of payment methods are processed by specialized third-party payment providers, such as Stripe or another processor identified at checkout.
Jobzem does not directly store users' complete sensitive card data, such as the full card number, security code (CVV/CVC) or equivalent payment credentials used to authorize a transaction. Those data are collected, processed and protected by the responsible payment provider in accordance with its own terms, privacy policies and security standards.
To administer subscriptions and provide user support, Jobzem may receive or retain only the transactional information and identifiers necessary to operate the service, such as the purchased plan, amount, currency, billing and renewal dates, payment status, subscription status, customer, subscription or transaction identifiers generated by the payment processor, invoice references, receipts and equivalent information that does not constitute complete card data.
The user authorizes charges to the selected payment method in accordance with the conditions displayed at the time of purchase.
10.2. Renewal
Where the offer states that a plan has recurring billing or automatic renewal, the subscription will renew at the end of each billing period until it is canceled by the user or otherwise terminated in accordance with these Terms.
For recurring subscriptions, renewal charges may be made using the payment method on file. If a payment is declined, we may make reasonable additional attempts to collect payment and may suspend or terminate access to Premium features if payment remains outstanding.
Price changes for future billing periods may be communicated before renewal where required by applicable law or where the change is material. Users may cancel before renewal if they do not wish to continue with the plan.
10.3. Cancellation
Premium users may cancel their subscription at any time through the "Settings" page available in the "My Profile" area by using the applicable cancellation option.
Cancellation of a recurring subscription prevents charges for new billing periods after the effective end date. Unless the offer states otherwise or applicable law requires a different result, the user will continue to have access to paid benefits until the end of the subscription period already paid for.
Canceling renewal is not the same as deleting an account. The user's free account may remain active after the Premium period ends unless the user separately requests account closure or deletion.
10.4. Withdrawal rights and refunds
Where applicable law grants a right of withdrawal, cancellation with refund or another mandatory consumer right, Jobzem will honor that right regardless of the general rules in this section.
For consumers subject to Brazilian law, online purchases will, where applicable, observe the statutory 7 (seven) day period for exercising the right of withdrawal, calculated in the manner provided by consumer protection law.
Outside circumstances in which a refund is required by law, payments for billing periods that have already begun or been used are not automatically refundable merely because the user cancels future renewal, unless the specific offer or applicable policy provides more favorable terms.
Requests relating to incorrect charges, duplicate charges, technical errors, fraud or a statutory right to a refund may be reviewed through Jobzem's official support channels.
10.5. Taxes and currency conversion
Taxes, fees or mandatory charges may be added where required by applicable law. For international payments, the user's financial institution may also apply currency conversion rates or its own fees, over which Jobzem has no control.
11. Alerts, notifications and communications
By enabling job alerts or other notification features, users authorize Jobzem to send communications related to the preferences they have configured, by email, push notification or other enabled channels.
Users may adjust, pause or unsubscribe from promotional communications and alerts using the mechanisms available in their account or in the communications themselves, where applicable.
Even if a user opts out of promotional communications, Jobzem may still send essential service, security, billing, authentication, material contractual update or other communications necessary to operate the account.
Delivery of emails and notifications may depend on external providers, spam filters, operating systems, device permissions and user settings. Accordingly, Jobzem does not guarantee that every communication will be received immediately.
12. Sponsored content and ranking
Jobzem may display sponsored jobs, advertisements or other sponsored content. Where applicable, such content may be marked with an appropriate visual label.
The order of results may take into account factors such as the match between search terms and a job, location, recency, data quality, language, aggregated browsing behavior, availability, technical criteria and, in certain placements, commercial relationships or advertising value.
Sponsored placement of an opportunity does not constitute a guarantee of quality, legitimacy, compensation, hiring or an individualized recommendation by Jobzem.
13. Third-party services, links and authentication
The platform may integrate third-party services or content, including authentication providers, payment processors, analytics systems, advertising services, storage and hosting providers, notification services and employer websites.
Login through Google, LinkedIn or another provider depends on that provider's availability and rules. Jobzem may receive certain account information from the provider in accordance with permissions authorized by the user and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Links to external pages are provided for convenience and to facilitate access to the source or application process. Jobzem does not fully control the availability, security, content, cookies, privacy practices or terms of those external websites.
Use of third-party services may be subject to additional terms and policies established by the relevant providers.
14. Privacy, location and cookies
Jobzem's processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and describes, among other matters, categories of data collected, processing purposes, legal bases where applicable, sharing, retention, international transfers and data subject rights.
During registration or use of the platform, Jobzem may process location information, account data, professional data, resume information, authentication data, usage records and other information necessary to provide the services, as described in greater detail in the Privacy Policy.
Jobzem does not require a residential address to create an account. Any collection or use of location information should not be understood as a requirement to provide a residential address and will be explained in the Privacy Policy.
Complete sensitive card data and equivalent payment credentials are not directly stored by Jobzem. Processing of those data is performed by specialized payment providers such as Stripe. Jobzem may, however, process non-sensitive transactional information necessary for subscription management, billing, support, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations, as described in the Privacy Policy.
The use of cookies, identifiers, pixels, local storage and similar technologies will be described in the Cookie Policy. Some of these technologies are necessary for authentication, security and operation of the platform, including the "Remember me" option.
Where cookies or technologies that are not strictly necessary require consent or user choice, Jobzem will provide appropriate management mechanisms in accordance with applicable law.
15. Intellectual property
15.1. Jobzem rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Jobzem trademark, logos, visual identity, layout, software, code, proprietary features, original text, graphic elements, interfaces, organization and other content developed by Jobzem are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
© 2018 - 2026 Jobzem. All rights reserved.
Nothing in these Terms transfers to users any intellectual property rights owned by Jobzem.
15.2. Third-party trademarks and content
Company names, trademarks, logos, job titles and other elements belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners. Their use on Jobzem may occur for informational, identification or reference purposes or pursuant to authorization or another applicable legal basis.
Google, LinkedIn and other trademarks mentioned on the platform belong to their respective owners. Reference to a trademark does not imply endorsement or partnership unless expressly stated.
15.3. Intellectual property complaints
Rights holders who believe that content available on Jobzem infringes their intellectual property rights may submit a request for review through the Contact Page, identifying the relevant URLs, the material at issue, the basis for the request, reasonable evidence of ownership and contact information.
16. Automation, scraping and access limits
Jobzem uses or may use its own automated systems and authorized integrations to locate, index, organize and display information from external sources, including for the operation of Premium Jobs.
Jobzem's use of automated technology in operating its service does not grant third parties permission to collect data from the Jobzem platform through automated means.
Without Jobzem's prior express authorization, you may not use bots, crawlers, scripts, scrapers, automated browsers or similar tools to extract Jobzem data, profiles, resumes, jobs, text, images or other information in bulk; circumvent access controls; substantially reproduce Jobzem's database; or use Jobzem data to create a competing service, parallel database, spam operation or mass prospecting system.
Jobzem may use rate limits, CAPTCHA, temporary blocks, traffic analysis and other proportionate measures to protect the platform against abuse, fraud, improper data collection or overload.
Authorized integrations through APIs, feeds or specific agreements may be subject to additional terms, technical limits and rules.
17. Security and responsible disclosure
Jobzem adopts reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the platform and the data it processes, but no internet-connected system can be considered completely invulnerable.
Users may not conduct testing that causes unavailability, degradation, access to third-party data, modification of information, installation of code, social engineering or any other unauthorized interference.
Researchers or users who identify a potential vulnerability should report it responsibly through our official channels and avoid public disclosure before a reasonable period has been allowed for investigation and remediation.
Jobzem may temporarily limit certain features or require re-authentication when it identifies a security risk.
18. Prohibited content and conduct
When using Jobzem, you agree not to:
- engage in fraud, identity misrepresentation, impersonation or deceptive representation;
- publish or send unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory or abusive content or content that violates third-party rights;
- use the platform for scams, phishing, pyramid schemes, get-rich-quick schemes, improper payment requests or fake job opportunities;
- transmit malware, malicious code or content designed to compromise systems or users;
- attempt to access accounts, areas, systems or data without authorization;
- collect users' personal data in bulk or use it for spam, database resale or purposes incompatible with the professional nature of the service;
- circumvent paywalls, subscription requirements, access controls, limits, CAPTCHA, blocks or security mechanisms;
- use the platform in a manner that causes overload, unavailability or harm to other users;
- enter third-party information without authorization or another lawful basis;
- violate employment, consumer protection, privacy, intellectual property, anti-discrimination or other applicable laws.
Jobzem may remove content or restrict features where there are reasonable indications of a violation of these Terms, a security risk, a legal requirement or a need to protect third parties.
19. Suspension, restriction and termination of accounts
Jobzem may suspend, limit, block or terminate an account where there are reasonable indications of fraud, violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, security risk, non-payment of a paid service, legal requirement, unlawful use or an attempt to circumvent measures previously applied.
Whenever reasonably possible and appropriate to the circumstances, we may notify the user of the action and provide a means of contacting us for clarification. In cases involving fraud, security, risk to third parties, legal obligations or investigations, certain information may not be provided immediately.
Users may stop using the service and, where available, close their account. Deletion or retention of data after account closure will be governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal obligations.
Termination of an account does not eliminate obligations already incurred, amounts lawfully due, liabilities arising from prior violations or provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
20. Availability, changes and maintenance
Jobzem aims to keep its services available and functional but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, security fixes, infrastructure failures, provider outages, cyberattacks, force majeure events or other technical circumstances.
Jobzem may create, modify, reorganize or discontinue free features. Material changes to paid features will be handled in accordance with the purchased offer and applicable law.
Features that depend on third parties may change or stop functioning as a result of those providers' decisions, technical changes or unavailability.
21. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided based on its availability and technological purpose, without a guarantee that all third-party information will remain permanently accurate, complete or current.
Jobzem is not responsible for hiring decisions, rejections, interviews, working conditions, behavior of employers or candidates, third-party content, changes made to external pages or recruitment outcomes over which Jobzem has no control.
Jobzem is also not responsible for acts, omissions, policies, cookies, failures or practices of external websites accessed through links provided on the platform, without prejudice to liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Salary estimates, classifications, location, remote-work status, benefits, requirements and other metadata may be supplied by third parties or derived from available data and should be confirmed with the original source.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer rights, liability for intentional misconduct, negligence where applicable by law, data protection violations or other situations established by law.
Any limitations set out in these Terms will apply only to the extent permitted by the law of the competent jurisdiction.
22. Reports, content removal and contact
If you identify a suspicious job, fake profile, fraud, unlawful content, privacy violation, intellectual property infringement, abuse or another irregularity, please use our Contact Page.
To help us investigate, please provide, where possible, the affected URL, an objective description of the issue, relevant evidence and sufficient contact information for us to respond.
Jobzem may request additional information to validate a report, protect affected persons, confirm ownership of rights or prevent abusive requests.
Where necessary, Jobzem may remove, de-index, restrict or temporarily preserve particular content and cooperate with authorities or legally authorized third parties where required by law.
23. Changes to these Terms
Jobzem may update these Terms to reflect changes to services, features, business models, laws, security requirements or operational practices.
The "Last updated" date will identify the version currently in effect. Material changes that significantly affect rights or obligations may be communicated by email, notice on the platform or another appropriate method where required or reasonably necessary.
Where applicable law requires renewed consent or express acceptance for a particular change, Jobzem will use an appropriate mechanism.
Continued use of the platform after changes take effect may constitute acceptance of the updated version where permitted by applicable law. Accrued rights and mandatory consumer protections will remain unaffected.
24. General provisions
24.1. Governing law
These Terms will be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, without prejudice to the application of mandatory consumer protection, privacy or other laws of the user's jurisdiction where legally applicable.
24.2. Jurisdiction
Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in accordance with applicable law. Where a user is a consumer and has a statutory right to bring a claim in a specific venue, including the courts of the user's domicile where applicable, that right will be preserved.
24.3. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid to the maximum extent permitted by law.
24.4. No waiver
Any tolerance or delay by Jobzem in exercising a right will not constitute a permanent waiver of that right.
24.5. Assignment
Jobzem may transfer rights and obligations relating to the platform in connection with a corporate reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets or equivalent transaction, subject to applicable law and user rights. Users may not transfer their account or subscription to third parties without authorization.
24.6. Force majeure
Neither party will be liable for delay or failure caused by an event outside its reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law, including natural disasters, widespread infrastructure failures, acts of government, conflicts, network outages or large-scale cybersecurity incidents.
24.7. Supplemental documents
The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any specific conditions presented at the time of purchase form part of the relationship between the user and Jobzem. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a specific offer condition, the specific condition will prevail solely with respect to the subject matter of that offer, without prejudice to mandatory rights provided by law.
24.8. Versions in other languages
Jobzem may provide translations of these Terms in other languages. Where legally permitted, the version identified by the platform as the controlling version will be used for interpretation in the event of a discrepancy, without prejudice to mandatory rights available to users in their jurisdiction.
24.9. Contact
Questions, requests or communications relating to these Terms may be submitted through our Contact Page.
